Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd. is hiring a Security Architect to design, build and maintain secure IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments in Australia.

You will lead security architecture projects and work with IT, DevOps and business teams to embed security throughout the system lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IAM, data and application security, network and endpoint security, and risk modeling.

Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for a Security Architect to work on some major client projects in Australia. The position will be full-time.

As a Security Architect, you would undertake the following duties.

• Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure IT infrastructure.
• Responsible for developing and implementing robust security architectures that protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide security frameworks and solutions.
• Develop secure architecture for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
• Conduct risk assessments and threat models
• Recommend mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities
• Evaluate and select security tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, IAM solutions)
• Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies
• Oversee implementation of security technologies and integrations
• Work with IT, DevOps, and business teams to embed security into systems
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation
• Establish policies, procedures, and security controls
• Report on security posture to senior management

An ideal candidate would demonstrate experience in:

• Identity and Access Management
• Data/Information Security, including Labelling, DLP, encryption, masking, security posture management, etc
• Application Security including SAST/DAST, WAF, API security, Secrets/key mgmt., redundancy, vulnerability management, etc
• Network security, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Network segmentation, Wireless security, email and web gateway, cloud security, etc
• Endpoint security, including Antivirus, EDR/XDR, host-based firewalls, mobile device mgmt.
• Working across projects to ensure security standards compliance

This is a full-time role with a salary of $100K and above, excluding superannuation.
