Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an ICT Support Officer for the GEO SPACES team in Australia. You will provide first‑level ICT support across hardware, software, user accounts and connectivity within a secure Defence environment.

This role offers hands‑on experience with workstation builds, device deployments, endpoint maintenance and security‑conscious processes, while collaborating with systems, network and cyber specialists.

Qualifications

• Current TSPV security clearance required.
• Experience in Defence or secure operational environments.
• Ability to learn new ICT technologies and apply practical problem solving.
• Strong communication with users and adherence to security processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level ICT support across hardware, software, user accounts and connectivity; escalate complex issues to specialists.
• Build experience with workstation builds, device deployments, user administration, endpoint maintenance, patching and routine system health activities.
• Deliver hands-on support within secure facilities, including equipment setup, secure network patching, cabling, hardware replacement and user assistance.
• Collaborate with GEO SPACES teams across systems, network, cyber and engineering to broaden ICT capability within security constraints.
