Job summary

St Albans is seeking passionate Section Waiters to join Brisbane’s growing hospitality group. You’ll deliver warm, attentive and professional service, owning your section and collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

You’ll bring previous experience as a Section Waiter, a guest-focused approach, and excellent communication. Flexible casual hours, ongoing training, and career progression opportunities await.

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter within a quality restaurant environment.
• A warm, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and strong team-first mindset.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced service environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A current Queensland RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Full Australian working rights.

You Role

As a Section Waiter, you’ll take ownership of your section and deliver warm, attentive and professional service throughout each guest’s dining experience.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and wider front-of-house team to ensure smooth service while creating genuine connections with our guests.
