Elysium Noosa Resort in Noosa is seeking a dedicated Section Waiter for Cibaria Restaurant to deliver premium dining experiences. You will manage your own section, provide warm hospitality, and ensure high service standards in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have section-waiter experience, strong wine/food knowledge, excellent communication, and a current RSA certificate. Immediate commencement available within a refined luxury setting on the Sunshine Coast.

Qualifications

• Section waiter experience in premium dining, luxury hotel, or high-volume venues.
• Ability to manage a section while delivering guest service.
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge with hospitality passion.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and service excellence.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Remain calm and organised during peak service periods.
• Collaborative team player contributing to service outcomes.
• Current RSA certificate.
