You will craft cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain a polished bar, and engage guests with warmth. RSA certification, POS experience, and a team-focused attitude are essential for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort or premium hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and beverage service.
• A current RSA Certificate.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Strong personal presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to guests.
• Create memorable interactions through your product knowledge and hospitality expertise.
• Recommend beverages and maximise guest experiences through thoughtful upselling.
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness standards across all bar areas.
• Support restaurant, event and function service as required.
• Assist with stock control, stocktakes and inventory management.
• Process guest transactions accurately through POS systems.
• Uphold RSA requirements at all times.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by supporting service standards.
