Elysium Noosa Resort in Noosa is seeking a Section Waiter for Cibaria Restaurant. You will manage your own section during service, delivering warm, professional hospitality, and contributing to a polished dining experience in a contemporary premium setting.

You should have experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-volume venues, with strong menu knowledge and exceptional guest service. RSA certification is required, and you will join a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in premium dining, fine dining, luxury hotel, or high-volume restaurant environments.
• Confidently manage a section while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge and hospitality passion.
• RSA Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through to departure.
• Take food and beverage orders with confidence and accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and provide recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining premium service standards.
• Manage your own section and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Build genuine rapport with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams during busy service periods.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards throughout the venue.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements.
