Job summary

Elysium Noosa Resort, a refined luxury destination on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a motivated Section Waiter for Cibaria Restaurant. You will manage a dedicated section, delivering warm, professional hospitality and upholding premium service standards in a contemporary dining environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in fine dining or high-volume upscale venues, with strong knowledge of food and wine.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in premium dining or high-volume venues.
• RSA certificate required to work in licensed venue.
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge essential.
• Calm under peak service, excellent presentation, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through departure.
• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and confidence.
• Provide menu recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
• Collaborate with restaurant, bar and kitchen during busy service periods.
