Margaret, a modern Australian restaurant in Sydney, is seeking experienced section waiters who bring strong knowledge of food and wine and a passion for hospitality.

You will confidently manage a section, deliver polished service, and maintain a calm, organized presence during busy shifts. The role offers full-time or casual hours, a welcoming team, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within a leading Sydney restaurant group.

We're looking for experienced section waiters who

• Possess strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine
• Are confident running a section
• Are well presented, professional and customer focused with strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive, team oriented environment
• Remain calm, organised and efficient under pressure
• Are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
