The Margaret Family's Gran Torino in Double Bay is seeking passionate hospitality professionals for our front of house team. We value warm, genuine service, Italian hospitality, and a team that thrives on learning and delivering memorable guest experiences.

We are hiring waiters of all levels who bring solid food and wine knowledge, communicate confidently with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. Evening, weekend and public holiday availability is required.

The Margaret Family is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join the front of house team at Gran Torino, our vibrant contemporary Italian restaurant in the heart of Double Bay.

Inspired by the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality, Gran Torino celebrates exceptional Australian produce through a menu of house made pasta, premium seafood, quality meats and an extensive wine program. Our focus is on delivering genuine, memorable experiences with professional, knowledgeable service in a welcoming and energetic environment
