Job summary

San Telmo is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Section Waiter in Melbourne CBD. You will manage your own section, delivering warm, attentive service while guiding guests through the menu and recommending dishes and drinks.

With 1–2 years in a busy restaurant, you’ll bring strong service sequencing, knowledge of food and beverages, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. Generous tips and a clear career path await in this vibrant group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant.
• Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, with confidence managing your own section.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Position Available

Full-Time Section Waiter – $66,891.50 per annum

+ Super + Generous Tips

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Managing your own section and delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service
• Guiding guests through San Telmo’s menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations

What We’re Looking For
