Job summary

San Telmo Brisbane in Brisbane's CBD is seeking a Casual Kitchen Hand to join our energetic kitchen team. You’ll help keep dishes, equipment and work areas clean, support the chefs with basic prep, and maintain an efficient, organized kitchen during busy services.

Qualifications

• Previous Kitchen Hand or hospitality experience is welcomed.
• Availability to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organised in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, equipment and work areas throughout busy services.
• Assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and other tasks when required.
• Working closely with our chefs to maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
