Job summary

The San Telmo Group Brisbane is hiring a Casual Kitchen Hand - Restaurant Award Level 1. Join a supportive team, learn from experienced chefs and become part of a growing hospitality group.

Availability to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings and weekends, is required. You will be in a busy, fast-paced kitchen and have opportunities to progress within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous Kitchen Hand or hospitality experience is welcomed.
• Able to work a flexible casual roster including evenings and weekends.
• Efficient and organised in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, equipment and work areas.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and other tasks as required.
• Work closely with our chefs to maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, equipment and work areas throughout busy services
• Assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and other tasks when required
• Working closely with our chefs to maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
