Maestro Hospitality Group operates Cibaria Manly, a vibrant beachside Italian dining venue in Manly, NSW. This full-time role focuses on managing a section with expert wine service, while delivering warm, Italian hospitality to guests.

You will collaborate with management, sommeliers, bar and kitchen teams to provide memorable experiences in a high-volume premium setting. Applicants should have wine knowledge and strong service skills.

Formación

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in premium/high-volume dining.
• Knowledge of wine, food and wine pairing.
• RSA NSW certificate or ability to obtain prior to starting.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a designated restaurant section during lunch and dinner
• Provide professional food and wine service from guest arrival to departure
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu and wine pairings
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Italian wines and regional cuisine
• Present, open, decant and serve premium wines using professional techniques
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Explain menu items and daily specials to guests
• Maintain high service standards throughout service
• Assist with wine cellar organisation and stock rotation
• Mentor junior front-of-house staff
