Job summary

Accor’s Cibaria restaurant in Noosa is seeking passionate wine professionals to join our busy, premium dining team. Whether you’re an experienced Wine Waiter, a Sommelier, or aiming for Assistant Head Sommelier, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work across an Italian and Australian wine program with an extensive international selection, delivering knowledgeable service, mentoring junior staff, and helping with cellar management.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or wine service.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop wine knowledge.
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, high-quality restaurant.
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable wine service on the restaurant floor.
• Provide wine recommendations and create memorable guest experiences.
• Develop knowledge across Italian, Australian and international wines.
• Support wine training and development across the team.
• Assist with cellar management, stock control and wine ordering.
• Support ongoing development of the Cibaria wine list.
• Mentor and develop junior wine team members.
• Take on leadership responsibilities at Assistant Head Sommelier level.
