Central Coast Council is seeking a proactive Section Manager Libraries to lead branch libraries and outreach services across the Central Coast. You will guide a team of professionals to deliver collections, programs and services that meet information, recreation and lifelong learning needs of our changing community.

You will contribute to the Library Strategic Plan, manage budgets, build partnerships and drive continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery.

Competenze

• Degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent experience with professional development.
• Eligibility for professional membership of the Australian Library and Information Association and a current Class C Driver's Licence.
• Extensive experience managing library service operations in a large organisation.
• Experience in strategic thinking and developing innovative projects.
• Knowledge of public library principles, legislation, and tech for service delivery.
