Central Coast Council NSW is seeking a Section Manager Libraries to lead branch libraries and outreach services across the Central Coast. You will guide a professional team, deliver collections and lifelong learning programs, and contribute to the Library Strategic Plan while managing budgets and partnerships.

The role offers hybrid/flexible working arrangements, a leaseback vehicle for official duties, and progression opportunities up to the top salary with a 12% superannuation, plus a vehicle

Competenze

• Degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent experience.
• Eligible for professional membership of ALIA and a current Class C Driver's Licence.
• Extensive experience managing library services and teams in a large organisation.
• Strong strategic thinking, innovation, and workplace improvement skills.
• Knowledge of public library principles, legislation, and technologies for contemporary service delivery.
