Job summary

The Coach position is a fixed three-year term (2027–2029 school years) with responsibilities for attendance, rewards programs, and collaboration with PTTs and beginning teachers to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a teaching qualification.
• Current full or provisional teaching registration for Queensland with eligibility for full registration.
• Blue Card exemption required for Education and Care Services roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model pedagogical reform and development at school level to improve outcomes.
• Provide academic mentoring to students within the coaching program.
• Collaborate with PTTs and beginning teachers to build teaching capability across learning areas.
• Support attendance and rewards programs across the student body.
• Engage staff to develop coaching approaches that maximise student achievement.
