Thuringowa State High School invites applications for a Pedagogy Coach.* The role oversees attendance and rewards programs, provides academic mentoring, and supports teaching capability across learning areas. The position is fixed for the 2027–2029 school years.

Qualifications

• Lead, and model pedagogical reform and development activities at a school or cluster level to improve targeted outcomes.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability in the relevant program.
• Develop and sustain strong interpersonal relationships and partnerships to support coaching and PD activities.
• Lead strategies to maximise student achievement through a coaching model with staff.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and apply data to improve student outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate attendance and rewards programs across the student body.

• Prepare and submit documentation; support two referees and a short written response as part of the application.
