Qualifications

• Strong Christian faith and commitment to the College's beliefs and mission.
• Current VIT registration with eligibility to teach in Victoria.
• Experience leading a Learning Support or Diverse Learners team.
• Knowledge of disability, learning difficulties, inclusive education and related legislation.
• Experience leading the NCCD process and managing relevant funding/support applications.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and differentiated curricula.
• Experience leading Student Support Group meetings and collaborating with families and professionals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills within a school community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored learning support to secondary students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement IEPs and strategies.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support and adapt resources.
• Work with parents, caregivers and external specialists on student plans.
• Maintain progress records and interventions implemented.
• Engage in professional development to enhance learning support practices.
