Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored learning support to primary and secondary students with diverse educational needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualised learning plans and strategies.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students and maintain progress records.
• Develop and adapt teaching resources for different learning styles and abilities.
• Work with parents, caregivers and external specialists to address learning challenges.
• Lead and participate in meetings such as Student Support Groups and IEP development.
