Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in education support, learning enhancement, wellbeing, or related field.
• This role would suit those studying teaching or related discipline for hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support, small-group or one-to-one assistance to students.
• Support student engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and pastoral care during the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers, wellbeing staff and families to implement individual plans.
• Help students navigate social and emotional challenges and build regulatory skills.
• Support teachers with implementing strategies to create an inclusive learning environment.
