St Charbel’s College in New South Wales is seeking a dedicated Secondary Leadership Administration Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to the Secondary Leadership Team. The role requires highly organized, proactive individuals who can manage student assessment requirements, parent communications and key school events, while maintaining confidentiality.

The College is currently recruiting for the newly created role of Secondary Leadership Administration Assistant, who will provide administrative and organisational support to the Secondary Leadership Team. The role requires a highly organised, proactive and detail oriented person who can confidently manage administrative processes, student assessment requirements, parent communication, and key Secondary School events.
The Secondary Leadership Administration Assistant is accountable to the Principal (Secondary), through the Assistant Principal (Secondary), the Director of Curriculum (Secondary) and the Director of Pastoral Care (Secondary)
