Gilroy Catholic College Castle Hill in NSW seeks a committed Secondary English/Religious Education Teacher to inspire students in Years 7–12. The role involves delivering high-quality English and Religious Education, designing curricula aligned with NESA requirements, and contributing to a vibrant school community.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Education or final-year student.
• NESA Accreditation (Conditional accreditation accepted).
• Statements of Service.
• Commitment to CSPD Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English and Religious Education for Years 7–12.
• Design, develop and implement curricula aligned with NESA requirements.

Gilroy Catholic College is looking for an enthusiastic Secondary English/Religious Education Teacher to contribute to our vibrant learning community and inspire student growth.

• This Permanent Full‑time role commences as soon as possible. Start date can be negotiable for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, contemporary learning and teaching in English & Religious Education (Years 7–12)
• Design, develop and implement engaging curriculum aligned with NESA requirements
• Work collaboratively with the English and Religious Education KLA Leaders of Learning to ensure strong assessment and reporting practices
• Create a dynamic, inclusive and challenging learning environment where students are both supported and inspired
• Actively contribute to the Catholic culture and mission of the College
