Job summary

Sephora in Miranda is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis. You will help customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, sharing product knowledge and assisting with loyalty features.

Onboarding training and ongoing learning are provided through Sephora's online platform, with potential for extended contracts after the holiday period. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to busy periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across beauty, skincare and wellness departments.
• Provide product recommendations and explain loyalty program benefits.
• Complete onboarding training and use Sephora learning resources.
• Support availability during peak season, including weekends and evenings.

As ourbusiest daysof trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability.
