Sephora Chatswood is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a Casual Fixed-term basis. You will help customers explore beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness across departments, with onboarding training and access to our online learning platform.

As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are ourBeauty Advisors; You are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with field trainers for your initialonboarding trainingand have access to ourunique online learning platformfor continuous learning throughout your journey with Sephora. • Are open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions
• Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

As our busiest days of trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability. Please note, you must have full availability throughoutNovember 2026 to January 2027 inclusiveto be considered for this role.
