Job summary

Sephora in Australia is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to join the Carousel team on a casual fixed-term basis during the busy holiday period. You will inspire customers, share beauty knowledge across departments, and support store operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

You'll participate in onboarding, access our online learning platform, and benefit from staff products, generous discounts, and opportunities across the global LVMH group.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for beauty trends and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work across peak trading times, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
• Share product knowledge and advise on the Sephora Loyalty program.
• Participate in onboarding and continuous learning through the online platform.
• Assist during the holiday period with flexible availability.
