Job summary

Sephora in Sydney is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis. You’ll help customers discover beauty products, work across departments, and complete onboarding with field trainers.

Cross-training and ongoing online learning are part of the journey, with potential extension after the holiday period. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer experiences, sharing knowledge, and joining a global luxe brand within the LVMH group.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Willing to participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
• Able to provide availability across peak trading times including late-night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• In Sephora you are Beauty Advisors; inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
• Work across departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
• Complete onboarding training and use the online learning platform for ongoing development.
