Job summary

Sephora Bondi is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis to join our team during the holidays. You will inspire customers, share beauty knowledge, and help shoppers find their best look across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.

Join us for onboarding training and access to our unique online learning platform, with potential extension based on store needs. Availability across peak days, including Thursday to Sunday, and November 2026 to January 2027

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and teammates.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
• Availability across peak trading times including late nights and weekends; November 2026 to January 2027 availability required.

As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are our Beauty Advisors; You are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty,skincare,haircare, andwellness. You will be equipped with field trainers for your initial onboarding training and have access to our unique online learning platform for continuous learning throughout your journey with Sephora. • Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs. As ourbusiest daysof trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability. Please note, you must have full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive to be considered for this role.
