Job summary

Sephora Australia in Sydney’s Warringah Mall is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a Casual Fixed-term basis. You will help customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, and support a busy holiday period.

You’ll join a global luxury retailer within the LVMH group, receive onboarding and online learning, and have opportunities for cross-training and career growth within Sephora's stores.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to learn beauty trends and techniques.
• Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service.
• Available across peak trading times and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.
• Inspire and educate customers to become the best version of themselves.
• Participate in onboarding training and use the online learning platform.
• Support store team during the busy holiday period and cross-train as needed.

• Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

As ourbusiest daysof trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability.
