Sephora in Perth CBD is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis during our busiest period. You’ll help customers discover skincare, makeup and wellness, share knowledge, and support the store team with front-line service.

Onboarding includes field trainer guidance and access to Sephora's online learning platform. Prior retail or customer-facing experience and a passion for beauty are valued, with opportunities for extension depending on vacancies.

As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are ourBeauty Advisors; You are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. You will be equipped with field trainers for your initialonboarding trainingand have access to ourunique online learning platformfor continuous learning throughout your journey with Sephora. As our busiest days of trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability.
