• Relevant commercial cookery qualifications and/or at least one year of relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience working as a Chef in a café, restaurant or similar commercial kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
