Job summary

Topgolf Gold Coast is looking for a Food Runner to join our fast-paced hospitality team. This casual role involves delivering orders from the kitchen to guests, keeping stations clean, and supporting seamless service during peak times.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays with energy and strong guest communication, ensuring food arrives hot and fresh. A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential.

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential.
• Energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, kitchen environment.
• Ability to work as a team.
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner - smile, make eye contact and maintain positive body language
• Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Guests in whatever way is needed
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure Guest safety while they play the game
• Take pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh and appetising
• Ensure cleanliness by taking bus carts to the kitchen for clearing, then returning bus carts to the tee-line
• Work as one team with the Kitchen by completing side-work specified by the Senior Chefs
• Assist the Expo line if required
• Assist the Stewards with putting away equipment once washed
