Searchability, a digital agency, is seeking an SEO Specialist to strengthen organic visibility across client accounts. You will own day-to-day optimization, work on technical SEO, content strategy and GEO/AI-driven discovery to boost performance.

You will analyze sites, research keywords and competitors, report on trends, and collaborate with a team of digital specialists in a hybrid Sydney office. Fresh updates on search algorithms and GEO initiatives will shape your work.

Formación

• 4 years' experience in SEO, ideally within a digital or performance marketing agency.
• Good knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content and link-building fundamentals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalent platforms
• Confidence analysing organic search data, identifying trends and recommending improvements
• Experience with keyword research, website analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple accounts
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to clients and colleagues
• A curious, proactive mindset and an interest in GEO and AI-driven discovery
