Job summary

Healthscope Independence Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor in Penrith to lead a team delivering person-centred supports for residents in SDAs. The role reports to the SDA Area Manager and focuses on high-quality service aligned with NDIS, TAC and iCare standards.

You will also explore marketing and growth opportunities supported centrally by our Head of Growth and Partnerships, while promoting a positive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• This leadership role requires SDA, SIL, and NDIS Quality & Safeguarding frameworks knowledge.
• Experience supervising disability support workers with strong team leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Support workers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, rostering and compliance of the site.
• Support client-centred practice from intake to admission and ongoing engagement.
• Monitor quality, training, audits and continuous improvement across the service.
• Manage budgets and provide reporting; mentor staff and foster a values-driven culture.
• Promote safety and risk management and ensure staff have necessary training.
