Job summary

Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead a team of disability support workers across SDA apartments. You will report to the SDA Area Manager and oversee operations to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred supports aligned with NDIS, TAC and iCare standards.

You will contribute to marketing and growth initiatives, supported centrally by our Head of Growth and Partnerships, and ensure budgets, rostering and client intake processes run smoothly across the

Qualifications

• Leadership role overseeing a team of disability support workers.
• Experience delivering person-centred supports in NDIS/TAC/iCare contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor support workers to ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
• Oversee staffing, rosters, and daily site operations to meet quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Manage client intake, assessments, referrals, admissions and smooth onboarding processes.
• Monitor compliance, training, audits and continuous improvement across the service.
• Oversee budgets, financial/operational performance, and Reporting to SDA Area Manager.
• Foster a positive, values-driven culture and develop the team through coaching.
