Cater Care is seeking a dedicated Chef to lead breakfast and lunch operations at St Gregory’s College, Campbelltown. You will prepare nutritious meals, manage daily kitchen tasks, and uphold strict food safety standards in a fast-paced school dining environment.

This permanent full-time role plans, preps, and serves meals for 500+ students and staff, ensuring allergen controls and HACCP compliance. You will work collaboratively with the Cafe Manager to deliver timely service, with uniforms

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery required.
• Active Food Safety Supervisor certification preferred.
• WWCC NSW or willing to obtain prior to start.

Aufgaben

• Cook nutritious, high-quality meals for 500+ students and staff.
• Plan, prep and execute daily hot and cold meal service with high-volume production.
• Manage allergen safety and special dietary requirements with zero cross-contamination.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and daily temperature checks; uphold food hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock control, inventory, receiving and minimizing waste.
