Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a Breakfast Chef for St Gregory’s College Café in Campbelltown. You will oversee breakfast and canteen lunch operations, prep meals for 500+ students and staff, and ensure strict allergen controls and food safety standards.

The role requires early starts (6:30 am), high-volume production, and collaboration with cafe staff to deliver nutritious, appealing meals in a busy school setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certification.
• WWCC for NSW required or willing to obtain.
• Experience in high-volume catering or school/institutional food service.
• Knowledge of HACCP and allergen protocols.

Responsibilities

• Cook healthy, high-quality meals for students and staff.
• Oversee all culinary tasks from bulk prep to plating.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and allergen controls.
• Keep a clean, safe kitchen environment per regulations.
• Coordinate with Cafe Manager for smooth service during peaks.
