Job summary

Kogan People Solutions - Recruiters is seeking an experienced ICT Support Engineer for a multi-campus independent school in Drouin, VIC. The role covers high-level end-user support, network and server administration, and Azure cloud management, reporting to campus management.

The ideal candidate holds a IT-related bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of senior ICT support experience, and a valid Victorian driver’s license with WWCC. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time ICT support/engineering experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, AD, Group Policy, and Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level end-user computing support for staff and students across Windows, Office, and Apple iOS.
• Act as escalation point for ICT Services, manage tickets within SLAs.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure, AD, printer management, and Azure cloud environments.
• Develop solutions with management, assist with projects and admin databases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver staff development.
