• Ability to manage staff and contractors to develop maintenance procedures.
• Organise work priorities and respond to unscheduled or emergency work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve school grounds, facilities and buildings.
• Undertake routine inspections and identify maintenance issues.
• Perform routine repairs and coordinate with tradespeople.
• Ensure OHS compliance and report risks to the Business Manager.
• Use the AIMS system to record and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with Operations Manager and Campus Principal on daily operations.
• Support staff with relocation of furniture and equipment as needed.
• Adhere to OH&S policies and promote safe work practices.
