You will prioritise tasks, respond to urgent repairs, and maintain comprehensive logs in line with OHS standards. The position requires hands-on leadership across multiple school sites to support teaching and student services.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, repairs, and general maintenance within a school environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (OHS) and safety inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to keep facilities safe and functional.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and address maintenance needs in line with OHS standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and larger projects.
• Maintain school grounds including landscaping and waste management.
• Assist with setup for school events and activities.
