Qualifications

• KSC 1. Demonstrated high-level school facilities, grounds and building management and maintenance.
• KSC 2. Manage staff and contractors to develop maintenance procedures, guidelines and calendars.
• KSC 3. Organise and set work priorities; handle unscheduled or emergency maintenance.
• KSC 4. Knowledge of OHS management systems and Work Safe procedures to address risks.
• KSC 5. Use ICT platforms to manage maintenance, repairs and service schedules.
• KSC 6. Commitment to professional learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving the school grounds, facilities and buildings.
• Undertaking routine inspections and identifying maintenance issues.
• Undertaking routine repairs, cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
• Work with contractors and ensure OH&S for sub-contractors.
• Liaising with the Operations Manager on maintenance and reporting.
• Assist with Building Management System and day-to-day use.
