Job summary

O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Williamstown, SA. You will plan and coordinate daily installation schedules, liaise with customers, and keep job management systems up to date.

You'll work with suppliers to ensure materials are on-site when needed, handle schedule changes quickly, and support a safety-first, progression-minded environment with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination.
• Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confident on the phone, comfortable when priorities shift fast.
• Handy with scheduling / job management software.
• Calm under pressure, sorts problems instead of sitting on them.
