JJC Electrical Services in Adelaide seeks an Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to own daily scheduling, customer communication and office operations. You will oversee electricians and apprentices, allocate jobs, and keep customers informed from enquiry to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, dispatch or operations.
• Experience coordinating field staff, technicians or tradespeople.
• Excellent organisational and data-entry skills.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt when plans change.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedule for electricians and apprentices.
• Book and allocate jobs based on location, urgency and availability.
• Communicate job details and updates to technicians.
• Create and maintain jobs and customer records in ServiceM8.
• Follow up quotes, invoices and payments.
• Assist with Xero and accounts administration.
• Manage leads and customer communications in GoHighLevel.
• Coordinate urgent and after-hours call-outs.
