Smart Energy is seeking an organised Installations Coordinator to join our Byron Bay HQ. On-site Mon-Fri, you’ll coordinate 60+ installations weekly across Australia, working closely with technical, logistics and customer service teams.

You’ll manage installer schedules, handle changes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent service to homeowners. The role suits a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills in a fast-growing energy startup.

About the role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Installations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling 60+ installations per week, ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow for our installers and customers. You’ll be working closely with our technical, logistics, and customer service teams to keep everything running seamlessly.

This role requires you to be on site Mon-Fri in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate - please only apply if you reside in the Northern Rivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm installer availability nationwide

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in scheduling, project coordination, or BDM roles
• Strong background in customer service
• Persuasive and confident communicator with charm
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Quick problem-solver with a calm, professional approach
• Tech savvy, commercially astute, and a self-starter (Salesforce Experience a bonus)
