Job summary

AWS Aussie Weighbridge Systems Pty Ltd – Ulladulla NSW is seeking a Receptionist/Booking Clerk to organise bookings, coordinate service schedules and deliver friendly, professional customer service. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4pm, in Ulladulla and supports a busy South Coast team.

Ideal candidates have prior booking or service coordination experience, strong organisation, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in booking, scheduling or service coordination is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication and friendly phone manner.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
• Proficient with computers, email and Microsoft Office.
• Aroflo experience would be highly regarded.
• Dependable team member who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Booking and coordinating service jobs and technician schedules.
• Communicating with customers to confirm appointments and job requirements.
• Responding to phone and email enquiries.
• Creating and updating jobs in AroFlo, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Monitoring bookings and communicating scheduling changes to customers and the team.
• Providing general administration support.
