Recycle Central, part of the IWS Group, is seeking a Customer Service & Bookings Agent to join the Kurri Kurri team. This permanent full-time role involves handling approximately 80% inbound calls and providing annual leave and sick leave relief for our weighbridge team, with full training provided.

You will manage bookings, respond to enquiries by phone and email, and work closely with the Allocations team to ensure bookings are scheduled efficiently.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, bookings or a high-volume call centre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Experience in the waste management or recycling industry is desirable.
• Weighbridge experience is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer phone calls and enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email.
• Process and coordinate customer bookings.
• Work with the Allocations team to schedule and manage bookings.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Use Excel to manage, track and organise information.
• Provide weighbridge relief during annual leave and sick leave.
• Learn and use the WasteEdge platform with training provided.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across bookings and interactions.
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
