Job summary

The Autism Association of Western Australia is seeking a Scheduler to ensure timely rostering of staff to deliver responsive services for clients in Shenton Park, WA. You will roster staff with the right skills to support individual client needs and manage rostering operations across the team.

Reporting to the Scheduling Coordinator, you will coordinate rosters, handle cover for staff shortfalls, manage documentation, and respond to scheduling inquiries.

Qualifications

• Scheduling or rostering experience in disability or aged care is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and rostering software.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Customer service focus with inclusive support for people with autism.
• Ability to use initiative and work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rostering and rosters for Support Workers and Coordinators.
• Create rosters and distribute to staff.
• Contact staff to cover shortfalls including emergencies.
• Process leave requests, inductions, training schedules, new starters and invoices.
• Answer general scheduling enquiries from internal stakeholders.
