JobRadars - AU is seeking a passionate Roster Coordinator to join our centralised rostering hub in Bull Creek, WA. This permanent, full-time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient staffing across our services.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining accurate fortnightly rosters, acting as the first point of contact for staff leave requests, and liaising with managers to ensure compliance with care requirements. Ideal candidates will have previous rostering experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering or workforce coordination experience, ideally in aged care or healthcare.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and workforce regulations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with staff.
• High attention to detail in compliance and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate fortnightly rosters using Optima.
• Support safe and consistent care through appropriate staffing.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff leave requests.
• Work closely with Managers to identify roster gaps.
• Maintain records for auditing purposes.
• Ensure compliance with training and competencies.
