The Autism Association of Western Australia is seeking a Scheduler to ensure timely rostering of staff to deliver responsive services for clients in Shenton Park, WA. You will roster staff with the right skills to support individual client needs and manage rostering operations across the team.
Reporting to the Scheduling Coordinator, you will coordinate rosters, handle cover for staff shortfalls, manage documentation, and respond to scheduling inquiries.
Reporting to the Scheduling Coordinator, the Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate rostering of staff to deliver responsive services to our clients. You will ensure individual client needs are supported by making sure the right staff with the right skills and qualifications are rostered to work with the individual. You will have strong communication skills and be confident speaking with individuals from all demographics and backgrounds. You’ll have a systematic approach, excellent attention to detail and confidence in working across multiple platforms.
