Job summary

Ozcare is offering a local Cairns-based Scheduler role focused on coordinating a mobile workforce to deliver client-centered care across the Cairns region. The role aims to maximise service coverage, workforce utilisation and client outcomes, with regular hours and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will schedule care services, enter data for funding requirements, and safeguard client and staff confidentiality while supporting the Service Delivery Manager to align staff with client

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling care services for clients.

• Participate in quality improvement activities.

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating a mobile workforce across theCairns region, ensuring the right care employee is assigned to the right client at the right time while maximising service coverage, workforce utilisation and client outcomes.

Your Role

As a scheduler you will be looking after the most important people in our organisation – our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Schedule the provision of care services to clients
• Enter data to meet internal and external funding requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, carers, employees of Ozcare
• Schedule the appropriate employees to suit the needs of the clients in accordance with directions from the Service Delivery Manager
• Actively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities
